I am seeing an error code or message
If the issue persists, there are a few things you can try:
- Check the App Store or Google Play Store to be sure that you have the latest version of the app installed.
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection or that you're connected to Wi-Fi to determine whether or not the problem is related to your connection.
- Uninstall and re-install the app. Not only will this put you on the latest version of Ship, but it’ll also refresh your app experience, which should get things running smoothly again!
